I have been a certified Gallup coach and consultant since 2006, and I hold a Masters in Organizational Leadership. Over the last 18 years I’ve worked with thousands of people globally; partnering with them to deepen their own self-mastery and leadership, and supporting them in creating the results they want most.

There was a point in my career when I was at the height of what I thought success would look like. I had the corporate office below Soho House in Hollywood, an apartment in Las Vegas, expense account, luxury company vehicle, a thriving team, and I was regularly jet setting, which I loved. I had the love of my life and plenty of time with friends.

The problem was that I wasn’t fulfilled. I couldn’t understand where my discontent was coming from. Didn’t I have everything I ever wanted?

A friend I deeply respected asked me to help her create a plan for her to live more intentionally in her career so she could be more intentional at home.

As we were just rounding a corner in her master plan, she was tragically killed.

What was life trying to say?

For me, it was clear: I would never again be satisfied with discontent. I had made it so far in my journey and now it was clear that I was capable of more. That moment was my personal basecamp to experience a more intentional, expansive and fulfilling life, which ultimately led me to create this company.

When you get to that point I’ll be there, ready to guide you through these three steps:

  1. We identify your vision.  Part of knowing where you want to go is getting clear about what you’re currently settling for. Your vision isn’t birthed out of what you know about today, it comes from a deeper understanding of who you are and what you want for your life.

  2. We design a plan. Your vision needs legs. It’s one thing to see it, it’s entirely different to create tangible action steps to begin envisioning each step of the journey. We’re not making leaps, we’re taking it one step at a time.

  3. We build an infrastructure.  Change is hard. The vision and plan give you guideposts for building your future, but they don’t hold you accountable, offer much support as you begin taking each step, or help you assess progress. That’s why we build an infrastructure to serve as a constant guide.
