Sarah Auda is a globally recognized Gallup-certified coach and consultant with nearly two decades of experience helping leaders unlock their full potential. Since 2006, she has worked with thousands of executives and professionals, guiding them toward deeper self-mastery, strategic leadership, and transformative results.
With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a background spanning strategic communication, higher education, and leadership development, Sarah partners with high-achieving professionals who are ready to elevate their success. Her bespoke coaching sessions, masterclasses, and workshops provide immersive, practical frameworks that open the door to expanded creativity, strategic breakthroughs, financial growth, and clear action plans.

About Three Beats
Three Beats Consulting unofficially began in 2006 when I was certified by Gallup to be a coach for the CliftonStrengths assessment. It grew over the years on a part time basis with private coaching, speaking, and facilitating workshops. During that time I served in various leadership and executive roles, which expanded my trusted professional network and experience.
In 2018, a dear friend tragically passed away at the young age of 42. She left behind her daughter and husband, a new business she was about to launch, and a bucket list of experiences she would never get to have.
The grief of her loss inspired me to consider what REALLY mattered to me. It became crystal clear: Help people architect their future.
Three Beats expanded that year to a full blown coaching and consulting agency. Immediately, our client roster filled and we started seeing results and profitability in the first quarter.
The Name.
Three Beats Consulting was named after the three stages of transformation, which are Exploration, Experimentation, Elevation.
In step one, we explore what is happening and where the client wants to go.
In step two, we experiment with new behaviors, structures, and strategies for bringing their goals into reality. We adjust as we go to ensure it’s aligned and creates sustainability.
Finally, in step three, we see the natural product of elevation based on the collective work and celebrate entering our client’s next “level.”
