I’m not a therapist or a lifestyle expert. My commitment is to guide you through the process of relating to your work and life, work, and creativity in a way that brings fulfillment, joy and intention.

I talk with lots of people who WANT a life they love but they are not aware of what specific actions, behaviors, and commitments contribute to that. That’s why I created this experience. It’s more than just waxing poetic.

What makes my process unique is that I work from a foundational understanding of universal concepts that can then be personalized and put into practical and immediately applicable action.
